Navy Mom

Wow, I just can't believe that tomorrow we take Dan to San Jose to meet up with the other Nor Cal recruits to fly off to basic training in Great Lakes Illinois. In about 8 weeks he will be a full fledged sailor for the U.S. Navy. Of course that means we will be going to GL IL for his graduation in December! We will so look forward to being frozen at O'Hare airport, trying to drive to the center in who knows what kind of midwest weather, etc. etc. Well, we will also be such proud parents.
